Northshore Carpentry & Maintenance Services are husband and wife team, Rod and Jenny Arnold-Hancock. They are based on the Sunshine Coast with over 20 years experience in the building and renovation industries.

Their specialty is working with homebuilders, to achieve their dream extension, renovation or building project. Together, they schedule trades and jobs, working within budget guidelines to achieve the best possible result in timeframes specified.

Rod prides himself on referrals from clients who have faith in him and are comfortable recommending him based on his quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Jen brings to the team her estimating skills and supports Rod in the best way to approach a project, source quality materials and the best possible price, able to  give on the spot estimates outlining what a budget may entail.

Together they schedule trades and jobs, work within budget guidelines, and give options to suit your budget.  All resulting in a high quality end product.

Rod and Jen grew up in Gladstone, with Rod pursuing his dream career as carpenter. They are now married with 2 fur kids and settled on the beautiful Sunshine Coast  in 2015.
